Patna High Court CWJC No.7559 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, who is the Appellate Authority. Should such an appeal be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
