1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections191(2),191(3),190,126(2),115(2),118(1),117(2),109,74, 303(2) of B.N.S.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to passage, the accused persons on 04.11.2024 at 9.00 A.M. came at his

No.23431 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/3 door and on orders of Abhishek and Ravindra, accused Amrendra held Girdhari while Upendra assaulted Girdhari with garasa causing injury on head, thereafter, Ravindra held the informant and Rahul assaulted him by tangi causing injury near his ear, thereafter, Asha assaulted Sonu, thereafter, Upendra also assaulted Sonu with garasa upon head and disrobed the informant's mother and Rahul snatched locket and chain of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from side of the petitioners also Karakat P. S. Case No. 570 of 2024 was instituted against the side of the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to passage, an altercation had taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is next submitted that no doubt, allegation is of assault, but then, the injuries suffered by all the inured is simple in nature except one injury of the informant which is on hand which is opined to be grievous, but then, it is not on vital part of the body. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminal and on account of dispute, relating to passage, the occurrence had taken place and the allegation of repeating the blow is also not alleged. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23431 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 3/3 further submitted that from side of the petitioners also petitioner no.1 and 3 have suffered injuries, though injuries are simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the fact the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the injuries suffered by the injured is simple in nature except one which is on non-vital part of the body, the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P. S. Case No.569 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
