Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-47(a), 53 (C), 54 & 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38604 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 have been recovered from kitchen whereas; two bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from staff room of hotel and petitioners, being staff of the said hotel, were caught by the Excise Officials.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 239 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
