ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Informant, seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 10.7.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No.288 of 2014 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. case No.205 of 2013.

Apart from the stress sentence that the Court has mentioned that the Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, I am unable to find any reason with the grounds considered for grant of bail to him.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
