This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Special Case No. 168 of 2021 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No.12 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the bus and he has not been involved in the crime, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his
