JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 29.07.2016 and up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar( Ind) P.S.Case No. 46 of 2015.
