Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 427, 379, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR entered into the house of the informant. The co-accused Vinod Yadav opened fire on the roof of the informant which hit the left hand of the informant. The allegation against Poonam Devi and Shobha Devi is that they took away golden ear ring from the person of the informant's wife.

No.32744 of 2021(2) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case between both the parties and the allegation of opening fire is against Vinod Yadav, who is not the petitioner. So far as the allegation against petitioners are concerned, it is general and omnibus in nature. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
