In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection Trial No. 522 of 2016 arising from Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 registered for offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is carrying nine cases over his head. As per the first information report, the accused persons intercepted the informant and her husband and committed robbery. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
