JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 15 liters country made liquor whereas 20 liters unfermented country made liquor, which was destroyed on the place of occurrence, was recovered from possession of the petitioner and one co-accused Shekhar Kumar for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.06.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with C-I No. 183 of 2016.
