The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 6 of 2013 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3542 of 2014. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event

No.28880 of 2017(3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 6 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
