1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that, despite the Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Patna Division, Patna, having passed an order dated 04.07.2014, in the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Anganbari Appeal Case No.33 of 2012, remanding the matter back to the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, has not yet passed any order, in pursuance to the said order dated 04.07.2014, hence he be directed to pass the final order expeditiously.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Rohtas, to pass the final order, in accordance with law, with regard to the case of the petitioner, as directed by the aforesaid order dated 04.07.2014, passed by the Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Patna Division, Patna, in case the final order has not already been passed, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
