ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner has been in custody since 08.10.2018 in connection with Excise Case No. 136/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(f) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act,
