2. It appears that the earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 25668 of 2024 from the order-sheets annexed with the record.

3. It appears that the case has been fixed for final hearing after closing the defense evidence.

4. I do not see any reason to re-consider my earlier order dated 10.09.2024.
