The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons came variously armed and protest for plucking the Mango. It is alleged that co-accused Sand and petitioner no. 1 Pankaj Sharma assaulted the informant with Khanto on his head whereas petitioner no. 2 Ajit Sharma assaulted Kishori Sharma with Garasa on his head when Urmila Devi and Seema Devi assaulted the informant's sister-in-law and snatched gold chain

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49687 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 from the wife of the informant and ear-ring form the sister-inlaw of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report of Kishori Sharma is not on the record which gets reflected from the impugned order and petitioners' side lodged case at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
