The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

16 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the side of the field. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 with following conditions :

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21585 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
