JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard Sri Dharmendra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that only on suspicion the petitioners were made accused. He further submits that the informant in the F.I.R. has disclosed that the victim girl had left her house with Rs. 15,000/- and some ornaments and as such it was submitted that no criminal offence is made out, whereas on

No.47625 of 2015 (3) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 perusal of the statement of the victim girl which has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. kept at Annexure - '2' to the petition it is evident that the victim, who was a minor aged about 15 years has made specific allegation against all the three petitioners.

The petitions stands dismissed.
