The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 & 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. At the instance of the petitioner, co-accused is said to have resorted firing upon the son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She has been falsely implicated in this case. She is neither concerned with the co-accused nor the occurrence as alleged. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

No.24855 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
