1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners have filed this writ application for a direction to the University to issue their original certificates of B.A./B.Sc.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners propose to file representations before the Vice Chancellor of the University in the light of order, dated 13.07.2021, passed in CWJC No. 24134 of 2019, and in the light of Full Bench decision of this Court, in the case

Patna High Court CWJC No.6137 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 of Pushpa Kumari v. The State of Bihar and Others, reported in 2024 (5) BLJ 7.

4. Learned Counsel for the University submits that if the representations are filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered by the Vice Chancellor of the University in accordance with law and in the light of the aforesaid decisions.

5. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned, the petitioners are permitted to file representations before the Vice Chancellor of the University within a period of three weeks from today and if such representations are filed, the Vice Chancellor shall dispose the same in accordance with law within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of the representations.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
