The moment this Court would find that the petitioner is facing prosecution for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and his complicity has been found to be there by way of substantiation of the injury allegedly given by the petitioner by a sharp cutting weapon, this Court would not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Afroz Alam @ Md. Guddi is hereby rejected.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner surrenders and makes a prayer for regular bail, the prayer for bail will
