In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with West Champaran Muffasil P.S. Case No.73 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 354(B), 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Serious allegation has been made against the petitioners to have assaulted the informant side and also to outrage the modesty of the female members. This Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31451 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
