JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The brother of the informant went to graze cows when subsequently his dead body was recovered with several injuries. Subsequently some of the witnesses deposed that the brother of the informant was taken away by the petitioner and one Tej Narayan Singh.

The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 04.01.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36031 of 2012 with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail.

I.A. No. 637 of 2015 has been filed with a prayer to grant interim protection since the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is going to be solemnized on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29963 of 2014 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 18.05.2015.

This Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order.

However, in view of the prayer made in the interlocutory application, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner till May, 2015 in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

It is expected from the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail on 1st of June, 2015. Accordingly Cr. Misc. No. 29963 of 2014 as well as I.A. No. 637 of 2015 are disposed of. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
