1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.For a direction upon the respondent state as well as the Chairman of the Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar, Patna to publish the result of the petitioner as against the vacancies of Advertisement No.1/2014 for the post of Constable treated the petitioner a candidate of E.B.C category as she passed the written examination, qualified the physical evaluation test and the appropriate authority has issued her caste certificate under E.B.C. category."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that though the petitioner had claimed in her application to be a candidate of backward category, but at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15560 of 2015(3) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 time of verification of documents, she could not produce the certificate of backward category and instead, she had produced a certificate of extremely backward category, hence on account of mismatch, her candidature was cancelled. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed off.
