JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(A), 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that in fact for the same occurrence case and counter case has been lodged. The case registered at the instance of the petitioner's wife, in which allegation is that the wife of the petitioner was assaulted. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76721 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S.
