JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2580 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the fact that the matter has been compromised in between the petitioner and the informant to which the learned counsel for the complainant does not oppose.
Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.23458 of 2022(3) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2580 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
