Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 281 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420/467/468/471/477A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief as per Sub-Inspectorcum-Inquiry Officer, Camp Arwal, Vigilance Investigating Bureau, Patna, who has alleged that the petitioner along with

No.24300 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/3 other co-accused persons are said to have obtained employment as teacher in various schools under jurisdiction of Modanganj Block, on the basis of forged and fabricated mark sheet of Teacher Eligibility Test granted by Bihar School Examination Board, Patna whereas one Gyanti Devi resigned from her post under direction of the Hon'ble High Court, Patna but this petitioner along with other co-accused persons, did not resigned from their post despite amnesty given by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.1.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner intends to resign after he is released on bail though he should have resigned during the amnesty period as his appointment is on the forged documents.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
