This application alleges wilful/deliberate disobedience/disregard of the order dated 13.02.2014 passed in CWJC No. 17283 of 2013 (Annexure-1), operative part whereof reads thus:- "Let the petitioner represent her case before the respondent District Magistrate by filing a detailed application/representation within three weeks from today. Upon filing of the said representation, the respondent District Magistrate shall take appropriate decision in

A show cause on behalf of opposite party no.2 has been filed enclosing therewith a copy of the order which the District Magistrate passed on 24.11.2014 (Annexure-A) The counsel for the State has rightly submitted that the order of this Court has already been complied with. The contempt application is dismissed.
