2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.06.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 315/2021, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 05/2021 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner has paid Rs. 7, 10,000/- to the father of the informant. In the present case, notice was issued earlier but despite service of notice none has appeared. It seems that opposite party no. 2 has lost interest in the case after settling the dispute. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
5. The court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
