JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 2 26-08-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 498(A), 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and on account of difference between the husband and wife, the instant case has been registered against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in custody since 21.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties
