The petitioner seeks bail in Kawakol P.S. Case No. 40/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that one Surendra Yadav was arrested from whose possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. Surendra Yadav disclosed name of the petitioner and others, but nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2016. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
