JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 This is an application seeking initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties as they are said to have violated the order of this Court dated 9.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8101 of 2008. A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties stating therein that in terms of the order of this Court dated 9.4.2014, the petitioner's case for grant of 1st Time Bound Promotion was considered. However, such benefit could not be given to the petitioner as no such benefit has been given to any employee, in view of the restrain order issued by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court MJC No.3176 of 2014 (3) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Since the opposite parties had taken a decision in the light of the order of this Court, violation which has been complained of, I do not intend to proceed any further in the matter. The petitioner shall be at liberty to question the said office order issued by the Managing Director, Bihar State Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd., Patna, in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.
