1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Shri Anand Kumar Ojha, the learned counsel for the petitioners, very fairly submits that present quashing application was filed seeking quashing of the order dated 10.02.2014 passed by Shri Krishna Gopal, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar 180 of 2012 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that much water has flown thereafter and the trial of the case has commenced and thus seeks permission to withdraw
