JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 dated 25.01.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of looting Rs. 96,300/- by unknown accused whose form the informant had filled in the bank and also identified the accused who had got their form filled from the C.C.T.V. footage of Central Bank.

No.32677 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though Rs. 90,000/- is alleged to have been recovered from the house of petitioner but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. when the informant claims to have identified the accused based on his height and weight in the C.C.T.V. footage of the bank. It is further submitted that the money belong to the family of the petitioner and he came to be implicated falsely in the present case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner.
