====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P. S. Case No.175 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 354, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2020 and he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that it was Awadhesh Sahni and Sewak Sahani, who had assaulted as a result of which, the victim died during course of treatment. Against this petitioner, the allegations are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32754 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 general and omnibus in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and has not been attributed as the assailant of the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2020 and he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P. S. Case No.175 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
