The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 302/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/440/427/354(A)/ 307/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant on the leg.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has filed this case on her in-laws and this petitioner is the driver of her in-laws

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33921 of 2021(4) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 family.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda/In-charge Successor Court in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 302/2019/, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
