SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-05-2015 In the light of the order of the High Court petitioners have not only been allowed to complete the training as Multiple Health Worker but have also been granted certificate to that effect by the competent authority.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the date on which petitioners were enrolled for training and completed the
Patna High Court MJC No.661 of 2014 dt.06-05-2015 2/2 same they were within upper age limit for public employment but due to delay in issue of certificate they could not avail opportunity for employment and, meanwhile, have become over age.
3. Let competent authority while engaging Multiple Health Worker for immunization programme for the children and other similar activities consider their case also by relaxing the upper age limit for such engagement.
