JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-09-2025 In the instant petition, the petitioner had prayed for following relief(s) :- "(a) To issue direction/order(s) to the respondents to restore, maintain and remove encroachments from Ponds/Tanks (Talabs), historical Bawaris (Step-wells) and other water resources situated within the Sasaram Nagar Nigam Area and the District of Rohtas.

(b) To set up a high level committee consisting intellectuals, higher officials and social workers to keep a vigil on maintenance of the said water

(c) Other relief reliefs the petitioner may found entitled at the time of hearing."

2. The aforementioned relief is not supported by subject matter of property description like Khata, Khesra and other details. In the absence of such material, the present petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 5,000/-. Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Indian Bank, Branch-LNMI, Bailey Road, Patna, IFSC No.IDIB000L501 having Bank Account No.7801893276.
