The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 302, 201, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It has come in para-48 of the case diary that Garasa used for murder has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 166

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23509 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 of 2018 from the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
