2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 308, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have inflicted Farsa blow on the head of informant's son. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25410 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
