NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Agriculture Director (Chemical) from the office of the Joint Agriculture Director, Bhagalpur w.e.f. 30.11.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from group insurance, no other payment towards retiral benefits has been given to the petitioner although on 10.01.2019 the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6752 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 respondent no. 3, the Joint Agriculture Director (Agronomy), Bhagalpur has issued a No Dues Certificate in favour of the petitioner which is Annexure-1. Petitioner has also represented for payment of retiral dues before the respondent no. 3. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before respondent no. 2, the Agriculture Director, Agriculture Department, Bihar, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any dues along with admissible interest would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner through registered post by a speaking order.

Writ application is accordingly disposed of.
