The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Murder of the husband of this petitioner was committed and on recovery of dead body it was noticed that the head was chopped off. The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed the murder. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2014.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 14.10.2015. The report of the trial Judge dated 12.03.2019 reveals that trial is still pending.

No.76842 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Considering the material and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.814 of 2015, arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No.168 of 2014, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
