Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the complainant was assaulted and her modesty was outraged and abused addressing her a dyne by the accused persons who were putting pressure to her to compromise a case earlier lodged by the complainant.

No.28952 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 It is submitted that no petition has been filed before the concerned Court regarding giving pressure for entering into compromise and there is no injury to the complainant in the present case, she is on inimical terms with the accused persons so lodged false case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Sabana Khatoon, Ruby Khatoon, Nazarun Khatoon, Rayees Miyan, Qyamuddin Miyan, Nezamuddin Miyan, Rozddin Miyan and Naseema Khatoon be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Trial NKo.3510 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No.835 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
