2. The petitioner is an accused of committing murder of the informant's husband.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 1979 of 2023. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is under custody since 13.01.2022.
