JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.52 of 2008 registered under Sections 366(A) and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed away and kidnapped 14 years old niece of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the girl is major and petitioner has married with her and they are living in Delhi and a child was also born. However, this case is of the year 2008 and the petitioner was declared absconder after investigation and still the girl has not been produced before the police for recording her statement.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
