The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147/148/149/332/333/336/353/307/427/290/435/323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that two persons died in a truck accident near Khushikibagh over-bridge and thereafter, mob had assembled and assaulted the police party. It is mentioned in the written report that on the basis of photography this petitioner and other named accused persons have been identified by the informant. The petitioner is alleged to be member of unlawful assembly in the written report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76455 of 2018(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 29.11.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 68068 of 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
