The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner made obscene video of informant and sent it on the mobile of Arun Rai brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of informant.
It is submitted that both parties are Gotias and due to pattidari dispute this false case has been lodged. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has taken place. Petitioner being friend of the husband of informant, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
