JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner being Branch Post Master of Pokhar Bhind post office, misappropriated Rs.3,71,105/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited the said amount and document to that effect has been brought on record. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional anticipatory bail for four months in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46831 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The provisional bail will be confirmed by the learned court below after getting it verified from the office of the informant, i.e. Postal Inspector, Central Division, Darbhanga that the petitioner has deposited the entire alleged amount.
