The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Mufasil) P.S. Case No.59 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final form has been submitted in the case and as such, this application has become infructuous. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
