2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing theft in a temple.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in jail since 25.10.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28283 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 883 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
