2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 329(4), 76 and 352 of the BNS, 2023.

3. The informant alleged that on 24.10.2024, the petitioner and his family members assaulted her daughters in the field, tore their clothes and threatened to burn her field and kill her. It is also alleged that the petitioner had earlier entered her house and assaulted her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR itself shows that the petitioner was excavating soil from the land, which was objected by the informant side. It has further

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. The petitioner will appear in the court on each and every date fixed by the trial court till framing of charges.
