The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the materials on record and the allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2 (Md. Nazir) and petitioner no. 4 (Gulshan Khatoon). It is, accordingly, rejected.

So far as petitioner no. 1 ( Mr. Amirul @ Md. Amirul Haque) and petitioner no. 3 (Md. Chandu), are concerned, let the

No.49092 of 2014 (2) dt.07-05-2015 petitioner nos. 1 and 3, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S.
